By downloading, installing, or using Hyprcore ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Hyprcore is a macOS application that provides AI-powered speech-to-text dictation, meeting recording, transcription, and team collaboration features. The Software processes audio locally on your device and uses cloud services for sharing, sync, and enhanced functionality.
An account is required to use Hyprcore. You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
The Free tier provides access to basic features including dictation with one local speech model and limited meeting recording. We reserve the right to modify Free tier features with reasonable notice.
The Pro tier is a paid subscription that provides access to all features including all speech models, unlimited meeting recording, AI summaries, Knowledge Base, team sharing, MCP integration, cloud STT providers, and priority support. Pricing and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Hyprcore allows you to share meeting transcriptions, summaries, and action items with team members. By sharing content, you grant your team members the right to view and access that content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share meeting content, including obtaining consent from meeting participants where required.

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Hyprcore, including transcriptions, recordings, summaries, and any derived content. We claim no rights to your content.
The Hyprcore Software, including its code, design, and architecture, is proprietary and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The Hyprcore name, logo, and branding are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Speech-to-text accuracy depends on audio quality, model selection, and other factors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any transcription or AI-generated content. AI-generated summaries and action items should be reviewed for accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it and deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, with notice provided to your registered email. Upon termination, your local data remains on your device; cloud data will be deleted within 30 days.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hyprcore operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
